Regional Administrative Committee Chairman (RACC)

•  Coordinate with the National office in setting up OTSM login credentials for coaches,judges,meet directors in your region.
•  The Regional Administrative Committee Chair, publishes the meet timeline to OTSM (Online Tariff Sheet Manager)  This will includes the meet ref and judges list information from the Regional Judging Coordinator. Meet director publishes due dates in registration  packet.  The Meet Requirement Timeline is a spreadsheet located in each regions main folder. Click here for a template.

 Regional Judging Coordinator (RJC)

•  Coordinate with the RACC in the setting up of credentials for the judges in the region and the judging assignments for the competitions.
